The atmosphere is charming and vibrant, very

conducive for enjoying the local culture. The staff were genuinely helpful and the unique decor provided a wonderful touch. However, the walk to the hotel entrance from Thalang Road was a bit cumbersome with luggage, but overall, it was a delightful stay.

Woo Gallery & Boutique Hotel is a delightful surprise nestled in Phuket's Old Town. The charming decor creates a warm atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location enabled us to explore shops and local food spots easily, and we absolutely loved the delicious Thai breakfast each morning.

However, the hotel did lack laundry services, which would have been a plus, especially after our day-long excursions. It was a small inconvenience but noticeable for a multi-day stay.

The location in Old Town made exploring local eateries easy. However, breakfast had a limited choice.

Had a fantastic stay in a comfy room with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. I loved relaxing in the garden area and grabbing a coffee at the cool café next door. The only thing was the bottled water didn’t get refilled, but it didn’t put a damper on my experience. ☕

My wife says that a dining area for kids would be great.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! We were greeted with a cold drink on arrival, and the staff really made us feel at home. They even booked us a taxi to the airport when we left, which was super helpful. The breakfast was ordered the day before, with a good selection that included omelets and fried eggs. Our room was spacious and had a lovely big bathroom. There were complimentary snacks and water refilled daily! The atmosphere added to our stay, with a unique design and cleanliness that impressed us.
